You will anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management, supporting the business to develop and achieve Organizational & People plans taking into account functional, local and global strategies. Maintain knowledge of local HR policies and programs and ensure legal compliance.Provide support to managers & employees in relation to general HR questions and resolves issues in a timely manner.Handle and process payroll dutiesActively identifies gaps, process, suggest solutions and implement changes required.Work with employees across the functions to develop/maintain high levels of engagement.Your experience and qualificationsExcellent command of English (it's a must!)Bachelors degree (preferably in the area of Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology/Economy...)Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years as HR GeneralistProven ability to influence, persuade, facilitate and build credibility at all levels within the organizationDemonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas; talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance management, employee retention, change management and cross-functional way of workingAnalytical, decision-making and delivery skillsGood knowledge of labour law and employment regulationsExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
