We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014. Local HR Strategy & Leadership:
· Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Voltalia's global goals and with the country goals.
· Collaborate closely with the senior Management to drive organizational growth and transformation initiatives through effective HR management.
HR Administration & Compliance:
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
· Guarantee that accurate employee records are kept, including personnel files, HR databases, and other HR-related documentation.
· Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
· Participate actively in the organization and follow up of internal and international moves.
· Supervise and coordinate, the organization of payroll.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
· Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation, ensuring a positive and successful onboarding experience.
· Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and actively work on employee engagement and retention.



Employee Relations:
· Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
· Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts proactively and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Diversity and Inclusion:
· Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable, diverse, and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.
· Promote awareness and engagement in diversity and inclusion programs/initiatives.
Performance Management:
· Follow-up and assist performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
· Assist in tracking performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Training and Development:
· Identify skill gaps and development needs within the organization through collaboration with business leaders.
· Create, execute, and assess training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and advancing Voltalia's mission.
Recruitment, Employer Branding and Retention:
· Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent.
· Follow-up the recruitment process ensuring that needs are well identified and aligned with the Budget.
· Implement, in alignment with the Group, talent retention strategies, including career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Organizational Environment and Culture Management:
· Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture, aligned with the Culture and Values of Voltalia
· Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
· Support internal communication through various initiatives aligned with Management.
REQUIREMENTS · Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Work Psychology or 15 years of experience in HR.
· Specialization in Human Resources Management will be an asset.
· 5-8 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in international companies.
· Knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
· Strong knowledge of Spanish employment laws and regulations.
· Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
