For our office in Madrid, we are currently looking for a HR Manager Spain that will also be an HRBP for one of our business units. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to accounting and human resource management. This role is key to ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, as well as personnel management and compliance with HR policies. For Human Resources, your tasks include the following: Align the Group's HR policies with those of Sécheron Hasler Ibérica. Prepare payroll information for the external HR company. Tracking of hours worked and time recording. Maintain accurate records of holidays, sick leave and other absences. Collaborate with different business units to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Coordinate the management of sick leave and facilitate the return-to-work process. Resolve HR-related queries from employees. Communicate HR policies, procedures and programmes to employees. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies. Implement effective recruitment strategies and recruit staff for the Spanish office Be a point of contact for labour relations, conflict resolution and performance management. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programmes. Assist in promoting a safe and healthy working environment.   Sales Administration: Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Admin/Finance Assist in the calculation and monitoring of the company's cash flow. Collaborate with the finance team in Geneva on financial transactions, electronic payment approvals, bank reconciliation and transfers. Track accounts receivable and payable, managing vendor payments and intercompany invoicing. Payroll and supplier payments through the company's banking system. Manage employee expense claims and credit card reconciliation. Assist in monthly closing activities, including inventory reconciliation and updating bank payments. ICS – Internal Control System: Ensure controls are in place and completed. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field. At least 5 years experience in a similar role in the Spanish market, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong communication and organisational skills. Strong knowledge of the Spanish employment law and HR practices. Proficient in the use of office automation, accounting and human resource management software tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Languages: Spanish native and English C1 mandatory. German and French are an added value.
