ArcelorMittal's research centres are targeting continual technical advances for the automotive, construction and general industry sectors, as well as for steel production processes.Within this context, we are looking for a HR Generalist / HR Officer, to support deployment of our HR strategy in our research centre located in Aviles, Spain. **The contract proposed is a "contrato **para la obtención de la práctica profesional"**As local relay reporting to the Central HR team, you will act as a Generalist HR supporting deployment of our HR Standards, and holding the following main responsibilities:**Talent Acquisition and onboarding - support the entire recruitment process, for internal and external mobilities**- Support Hiring managers defining their recruitment needs and in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner responsible for Spain, launch the job requisitions and coordinate the publication of the job offers- Ensure deployment of our recruitment standards and act as local administrative relay with our HR Country team (Payroll, Training, Legal, etc)- Lead the on boarding and integration process of new hires, providing regular follow up especially at the end of their trial period- Support and actively contribute to the ArcelorMittal Global R&D employer branding strategy and ArcelorMittal employer value proposition**Leadership Development and HR Business Partnering**- Develop locally a good HR interaction with local management and help them in all people management related activities- Contribute to the safeguard of Group HR guidelines, ensuring implementation of Group directions, policies, and procedures- Understand the local social climate and report relevant information to Central HR team- Locally support the Global Employee Development Program cycle, composed by both performance management and personal development plan objectives- Contribute to our High Potentials retention strategy following our career pathing, individual development plans and Group dedicated trainings- Participate to specific HR projects for Global R&D scope with the rest of the HR teamGraduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with a first experience in HR as an intern for instance.- Excellent communication and social skill, for enabling to build an effective business relationship with main stakeholders- Able to work well in a team, in an International and multicultural environment- Excellent customer service and problem solving attitude; ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization- Analytical mind and eager to learn (learning agility)- Very proactive- Ability to function in fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a timely manner**IT skills**- Good knowledge of MS Office- Already having working with SAP suite and / or Oracle would be a plus**Languages**- Fluent in English which is our business language- Speaking Spanish or interested to learn Spanish would be a plus
