As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for several key aspects of human resources management within our company.
- Managing the internal recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to selecting candidates.
- Ensuring successful onboarding of new employees
- Managing administrative processes related to human resources, including employee documentation, leaves, performance evaluation, etc.
- Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Providing support to employees on HR-related issues
