HR Specialist will actively contribute to the strategic direction of the organization by understanding and addressing the people-related aspects of business challenges.Responsibilities for the position:Act as first point of contact for all team members and all topics related to their employment at TELUS InternationalSupport managers with HR-related mattersCoordinate, organize and conduct onboarding meetings with team membersCoordinate, organize and conduct stay- and exit interviewsParticipate in the welcome day of new team membersTogether with the Reward Team plans and organizes the benefits in the companyPlans and organizes engaging activities for the team membersKeep in touch with vendors providing benefits and other engaging and retention services for team membersCoordinate, communicate and promote company benefits and engaging activitiesSupport and participate in the annual performance review processCoordinate, organize and conduct training regarding local HR topics and other Global training.Prepare, coordinate and organize the yearly Pulsecheck SurveyFacilitate and support other departments with action plan development based on Pulsecheck resultsParticipate in Commissions and represent the CompanyConduct and lead internal conduct investigationsAdministrate Workday processes and assist and educate team members and managers about these processesIssue employment certificatesEnsure full compliance with Company policies and HR proceduresParticipate and assist in other international and/or local HR plans, initiatives or projectsWhat we expect:+2 years of HR experience in a high-volume and fast paced environmentBachelor's Degree in Labor Relations, Humans Resources, Psychology, Law or similar would be an assetFamiliarity with Spanish labor law, Call Center industry and/or Workers councils would be a plusWorkday and Google Workplace knowledge would be a plusExcellent English and Spanish language proficiency skillsFlexibility to work outside of the business hours according to business needs, occasionallyHighly empathic and approachable, open personalityAbility to manage confidential and sensitive cases and topics Team player, time management and ability to work under pressureAble to work independently and good stakeholder managementDeveloped organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to find creative solutions outside the boxJoin our team and apply now!If you are looking do develop your career, join our lovely team.
