Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated HR professional to lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources department including talent acquisition, administering pay, benefits, eave, enforcing company policies and practices while maintaining a very high degree of confidentiality.Main Responsibilities:Nurture a positive working environmentManages the HR Department ensuring its efficacy to company & employeesConducts effective implementation of company rules and regulations.Ensures payroll generation and crediting is always on timeDuties/Responsibilities:Manages the talent acquisition process of qualified job applicants.Ensures that all statutory is remitted timelyDevelop and implement timely performance evaluations.Creates learning and development programs for employees.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metricsSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalCollaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goalsOversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Top ManagementRequired Skills/Abilities:Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Possess leadership, organizational and decision-making skillsA working knowledge in Labor Laws and a background in counseling and grievance handling.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).Education and Experience:Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology or related field is required.A minimum of Two (2) years of Human Resource management/supervisorial experience preferred.Physical Requirements:Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig CityProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
