You will play a key role in ensuring that our HR systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. We currently operate in Workday as our HRIS.You'll spend time on the following:Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS platforms, ensuring seamless functionality across all HR processes.Lead a team of 4 HRIS professionalsOversee the maintenance and administration of HRIS databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.Develop and implement HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and usage.Monitor system performance and analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for HR decision-making.Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations of new modules, functionalities or complete systems.Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS vendors, managing vendor relationships and contracts.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, leveraging new tools and innovations to enhance HRIS capabilities.We're looking for someone who:Minimum 5+ years of experience in HRIS Management, preferably with Workday or other leading HR ISsProven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing HR IS.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Experience leading and managing a team.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.API integration experience preferred.Please note that this role is hybrid (with 2 days a week in the local office).Join us at Groupon and be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of HR!
