Job Description Responsible to perform the most suitable initial setup of the system and provide the necessary support and assistance for technical issues and evolutive changes, both in the maintenance and implementation phases of the account. Tasks The specific tasks associated to this position are : Implementation : Provides assistance to make effort estimates for the development of allowed ad-hoc system requirements by the customer Collaborates with the Products team in resolving issues and proposing new functionalities for the standard product as required by customers Ensures adherence to the Exchange standard guidelines Adapts and configures the standard Exchange solution according to the customer specific questionnaire provided by the project governance team Performs testing for the different phases of a project as required. Resolves technical problems related to the application setup Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production) Maintenance and Support : Investigates and resolves technical problems related to the application setup Performs unit testing for system fixes and new parametrization to ensure the solution works according to the specifications Supports the client on queries regarding application functions Conducts routine checks for preventive maintenance on the system Maintains up-to-date documentation of solution documents and technical specifications both at client and standard levels. Qualifications In addition to the common skills to all Alight employees, the specific ones for this position are : Has knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing.
