The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an international team of HSE Advisors - both Internal and Third Party Contractors. You will be a central person for HSE-related matters within your area of responsibility, reporting directly to Head of HSE Advisory for Offshore Execution. Being a team member in OF EXE HSE provides exposure to a culturally diverse department, with offices located in Denmark, Poland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.How to contribute to our visionYou will be central to shaping an expanding team, defining, and continually improving HSE standards within HSE Advisory to ensure effective and efficient performance and support for OF EXE sites. Your team will provide support to project execution, and coordinate improvements with various internal stakeholders such as project management, construction management and others. In the function, you will also support in developing and implementing strategic HSE improvement actions in your area of responsibility.We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence, an individual capable of creating close bonds and cooperating with a diverse stakeholder group.Your responsibilities will include:· To support in creating a Safe and Healthy work environment through proactive support across all functions and provide dedicated support to management, project and site teams.· You will drive HSE improvement on sites through consistent implementation and monitoring of processes used on site.· To support with the identification of gaps in working practices and support development of local documentation.· We want you to build a strong partnership with Site Management to support the growth of a strong culture built on trust and visible leadership.· To functionally and disciplinary manage the HSE Advisors allocated to HSE AD1 department in OF EXE
