We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as HSE Specialist.If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:Ensures regulatory watch and assesses regulatory compliance in terms of HSE & sustainability.Ensures compliance with applicable HSE & sustainability regulation, other external and internal requirements and with ALV Corporate standards & AEU Standards.Deploy AEU HSE management system in accordance with the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards to ensure its´ certifications.Deploy the AEU Energy Management System compliant to ISO 50001 requirements.Manages relations with the plant Manager, employees & unions and AEU HSE team.Trains employees at all levels on HSE, sustainability issues and responsibilities.Coordinates the emergency response in case of accident, fire, pollution, natural disaster.Conducts the necessary audits and inspections to ensure compliance with commitments in terms of sustainable development.Stops production or any other activity in the event of any emergency, accident or incident that presents a safety hazard for individuals or assets, and/or which consequence would have a significant environmental impact.Guarantees the proper application of legal and/or regulatory rules in terms of health, safety, environment & sustainability.Represents the organization towards external parties, including public authorities in HSE & Sustainability related questions/discussions.Organizes the information, awareness-building, and training of all employees in terms HSE and sustainability.Implement the AEU HSE & Sustainability Management system.Ensure the certification ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.Deploy the Group and AEU HSE & Sustainability program.Define the site & AEU HSE & Sustainability objectives and the associated budgets in accordance with AEU PD and AEU HSE Road Map.Ensure the reliability of the HSE data reported in ASD.Reports, Updates, and analyzes HSE and sustainability Indicators on time,Establishing site/ platform reports and making the corresponding dashboard available on time.Implement AEU standards and implement programs that foster continuous improvement and compliance with the EMS.Coordinates the implementation of strategies and policies to reduce CO2 Emission across site.Lead and promote a sound and balanced risk taking and risk management approach in site.To actively identify, control, minimize, mitigate and/or remove risks in site's day to day operations.To increase awareness and promote best practices throughout AEU.Deploy AEU H&S strategy: aligned with global strategy.Supports the development of site H&S leadership and culture.and if you have/are:Functional competencies and knowledges:HSE & sustainability regulationsISO standards including 14001 & 50001Environmental impact analysisAccident and incident analysisEnergy ManagementFacility managementEducation:Master's degree in Energy management.Master's degree in HSE and/or SustainabilityMaster's degree in engineering.Personal Characteristics:AutonomousInitiative to drive changesDeterminationCommunicationRigorResponsivenessDecision-makingThen we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.Our international work environment can offer you challenging and rewarding opportunities.
