From recruitment to culture initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping our success!Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, bringing top talent onboard seamlessly.Partner with retail teams to support development conversations, succession planning, and mobility initiatives.Implement engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues proactively.Collaborate closely with Retail Management to ensure staffing needs are met and resources are optimized.Oversee HR administration, ensuring data accuracy, smooth onboarding/offboarding, and payroll coordination.Drive digitalization of HR processes and ensure compliance with Spanish employment laws and regulations.Requirements:5-7 years of HR generalist and/or Recruitment experience, preferably in retail or service industry.Experience working in fast-paced, international environments with multicultural teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.? Solid knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR practices.Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems is preferred.Total Package: Competitive salary + variable + benefitsInterested in joining?
