You will use Human Resources information systems to ensure that all employee records are up to date and confidential.The objective is to ensure that the operations of the HR department. run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the recruitment and selection processes of personnelManage compensation and benefits plansConduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiativesOffer support to employees on various HR-related topics.
