The team leads Smith+Nephew's collaboration with strategic accounts such as private hospital groups, handling senior partner relationships and gathering business opportunities across Business Units, through large tenders, deals and strategic projects.We are looking for someone based in Barcelona or Madrid,and the scope of this role will be Spain.What will you be doing?Reporting to the Vice President Commercial Operations & Corporate Accounts, International and Closely collaborating with the cluster BU Directors and their leadership teams as well as functional leaders in Finance, Legal, Marketing and Market Access.Developing corporate account plans for the assigned accounts, and private hospital groupsPerforming customer, market and competitive analysesAnalyzing key commercial and clinical decision-makers and their relationship with Smith+NephewEvaluating open sales potentials and contractual opportunitiesSetting account targets, strategies and action plansMonitoring account sales performance and margin evolutionEstablishing strong relationships with relevant decision-makersAnalyzing the accounts' procurement strategy and requirements as well as the decision-making process, partners and boardsDeveloping a deep understanding of customer needs and prioritiesPlanning and coordinating partner engagement activities with the BU directors and their respective teamsLeading successful deal negotiations for all BUsPreparing and performing strategic customer meetingsLeading deal teams nationally and internationally (where appropriate)Aligning deal objectives and strategies as well as commercial and contractual models with the BUs and developing offers accordinglyConcluding contracts and and tracking implementationPerforming win / loss-bid analysesMonitoring commercial operations (e.G #J-18808-Ljbffr
