.Experienced ProfessionalSiemensEnergy are looking for a qualified Accounting Manager to be part of theRegional Accounting - Europe Hub team. You will be required to collaborate with our extensivenetwork of businesses throughout Europe, Auditors, Head Quarters, and otherteams within Regional Accounting (Europe and worldwide), while collaboratingclosely the Turkey local execution accountants to make one Turkey AC team. This will mean working with people throughoutthe organisation and all hierarchies. As an FS Manager you will need to be ableto take the lead in providing central goverance and IFRS accounting support fornumerous Turkish businesses.You will have several years of experience andstrong leadership skills**How willyou do it?**- Take the lead in accountinggovernance, policies and processes in Regional Accounting Hub Europe and ensureprocesses and policies are in adherence to Siemens Energy policies and IFRS.- Be responsible for accurate andtimely closing within the region, including co-ordinateing and working closelywith local execution (LE), regional business partner (RBP) and shared serviceproviders (i.E. GBS) to achieve this- Be responsible for Turkish IFRS Booksand Records quality through regular monitoring and review. Maintain, manage andintroduce where necessary adequate internal controls in co-ordination with HubR/IC/ Officer, applicable for Regional Hub Europe- Provide first contact support forbusinesses, HQ and auditors with regard to closing and books and recordsquality questions. Bring in otherteams/experts as required to find solutions.- Support the projects to designimproved and harmonised processes, methods and systems and then striving toimplement these locally in a cost-efficient manner.Committed to feedback when implementationtargets cannot be met and facilitate finding a solution.- Developing and coaching teammembers/direct reportees while working to develop one Europe approach and teamfeel across FS, LE and RBP teams- Support M&A; as necessary from acentral regional viewpoint- Identify the appropriate process,policy and IFRS knowledge needed within your team and source the necessarytraining/support to ensure the appropriate level of knowledge is maintained inthe regions.- Fostering a collaboration culturewhich develops and supports mobility of talents throughout the world- Support Head of FS2 with strategictopics w.R.T Regional Accounting function.**What do youneed?**- CharteredAccountant/ qualified accountant,with strong collaborative and problem solvingskills- Strongtechnical accounting and analytical expertise (ideally experience of Hyper inflactionAccounting)- Experiencein the assessment of complex and non-routine accounting transactions andreferring to FRGs and IFRS standards in order to find solutions. Including POCproject accounting.- Qualificationas ACA, CPA or equivalent are highly preferred
