Together,we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in Spain, responsible for providing field service support in the South of the Country . Within the Iberia team of 5 Field Service Engineers, you will represent around 100 customers and 120 instruments.In this role you will:- Handle installations and customer training.- Perform routine standard procedures to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software- Provide support on company product instrumentation.- Work closely with the Technical support team to address customer complaints to resolve corrective action and customer follow-up- Document and report the company's product "design reliability" and "maintenance issues" and/or problems to technical support.Key requirements:- Technical High School with 2-4 years of related work experience OR Technical-Scientific degree (Mechanical, Software, Electronics, Biomedical...) with 1-2 years of work experience- Proficient in Spanish and English is required.
