.OverviewAs Indirect Strategic Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for setting the Procurement strategy for the Global Indirect category / supply chain and delivering on key objectives, targets and KPI's for Global Indirect procurements, sourcing and key projects. You will play a key role in building and maintaining the centre of excellence for the central group Indirect category, providing market and subject expertise as well as delivering an environment of continuous improvement exploring new commercial and contractual models as well as challenging market norms and software supply chains to better support Sita growth and wider transformation.Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement, you will be a part of the SITA Procurement team responsible for mitigating risk, reducing cost, and working with suppliers and partners to drive innovation and new ideas to power SITA`s customer solutions. Effective control and management of spend via proactive procurement is essential to help deliver savings, value add and to support the wider strategy of Sita.What You Will DoStrategic Procurement LeadershipDevelop and evolve the Global Indirect Procurement category, establishing a center of excellence.Lead transformation in Indirect procurement processes and engagement models, implementing innovative commercial models and supply chain routes.Drive continual improvement initiatives, challenging market norms and delivering innovative solutions.Own strategic procurement engagement with critical suppliers and internal stakeholders.Act as the Business Partner Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Group Procurement, supporting transformational change activities.Operational Excellence and Team ManagementLead strategic procurement initiatives for the Indirect category, focusing on cost reduction, risk mitigation, and partnerships with software suppliers.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimize the Indirect procurement pipeline and leverage global frameworks effectively.Champion innovative approaches to procurement, enhancing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Manage a team to achieve objectives and deliver commercial benefits effectively.Develop new Indirect Category plans and corresponding objectives to drive commercial value.Gather timely market intelligence and report on key savings, spend data, category key stats, market trends, and other relevant Indirect procurement measures.QualificationsWho You Are10+ years of strategic procurement experience in a global environment.Proven leadership skills with experience working in a dynamic global setting.Strong business partnering and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, regional teams, and suppliers.Proficiency in negotiating global Indirect deals, terms, commercials, and frameworks.Contract drafting expertise with an awareness of key contractual risks.Experience in Indirect Category Management and developing Category Strategies
