Customer complaints, NCR, 8D.Lead and/or participate in cost reduction projects. Participate in DPS Kaizen events.Conceptually design the control and information systems, including the specifications of the hardware and software that will be used in the system.Developing control configuration or programming in accordance with design documents to meet functional requirements. Develop Human Machine Interface (HMI) according to design documents to meet functional requirements.Support the different initiatives and support the environmental, safety and quality policy established in the organization.Updated maintenance KPIs based on plant objectivesKeep programming codes updated and debugged on installed equipment.Minimum Qualifications:3-5 Years of experience in a similar position Advanced EnglishBachelor's degree in electronic engineering, mechatronics or automation.Knowledge of Electricity, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC and HMI Allen Bradley PLC programming, RSlogix 5000 Allen Bradley HMI programming, knowledge of FANUC 6 and 4-axis robots.Preferred Qualifications: Communication and negotiation skills.Leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.Knowledge of Graco control, Factory talk view Use of Power BI Use of FactoryTalk AssetCentre.Knowledge and mastery of maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, PM).Knowledge of PDCA strategy.Troubleshooting and failure analysis toolsProject management and leadership
