Assess, evaluate and drive implementation of improvement opportunities and additional value added services to be provided by GTM to Amadeus end users (travelers and BUs):- Increased portfolio offer with travel vendors and new services (aligned with latest travel needs)Network and engage with other BUs to explore opportunitiesIdentify new types of travelers and their needs to potentially enable expanded offerDevelop proposal and value proposition for Purposeful TravelIdentify further innovation and automation opportunities within TME processesTME Market research and best practices identificationLead and/or collaborate on transversal and ad-hoc Group Travel Management Projects as they come alongInternal strategic collaborations (HOS, TRU, P&C, etc.) along GTM head.
