Key driver of the evolution of Group Travel Management organization by identifying/ implementing new areas of growth and service delivery, improvement opportunities and streamlining the way the department operates.Lead Audit and improvement opportunities initiatives within Amadeus Global Travel Program1. Challenge Travel Program Status quo2. Assess, evaluate and drive implementation of improvement opportunities and additional value added services to be provided by GTM to Amadeus end users (travelers and BUs):- Increased portfolio offer with travel vendors and new services (aligned with latest travel needs)Network and engage with other BUs to explore opportunitiesIdentify new types of travelers and their needs to potentially enable expanded offerDevelop proposal and value proposition for Purposeful TravelIdentify further innovation and automation opportunities within TME processesTME Market research and best practices identificationLead and/or collaborate on transversal and ad-hoc Group Travel Management Projects as they come alongInternal strategic collaborations (HOS, TRU, P&C, etc.) along GTM head. Coordination & alignment with all stakeholdersExternal positioning initiatives (IBTA/ GBTA awards, etc) along GTM comms responsibleInternal Travel MobilityEvent management (to generate synergies and foster better collaboration)Finance Forward requirements, specially on TME Process Mining KPIs beyond the booking flow (i.E. payments to Travel Vendors)Ad-Hoc travel management support to GTM teamLead Travel Vendor Management for AIR, ACCOMMODATION, GROUND TRANSPORTATION and METHODS OF PAYMENT:1. Re-assess travel vendor strategy (linked to figures and reporting)- Assess and revamp legacy strategies and action plans defined.- Deep collaboration with Regional & TME Solutions lead for strategy implementation at local/regional level (by Regional Travel Managers)2. Travel vendor management reporting analysisCost Management. Current contract assessment and improvement assessmentCost Management.
