Responsibilities
• Daily order management and processing• Reviewing forecasts and availability• Direct commercial support for assigned accounts• Assisting the sales department• Pre-sales and after-sales support for Spanish market clients• Order advice and issue resolution• Finding substitute products for cross-selling• Identifying customer needs and adjusting offerings• Seeking and acquiring new customers or business areas• Maintaining and expanding sales from current customer portfolio• Market reporting and action plan development
Requirements
• High level of commercial and technical skills• Must be proactive, responsible, and organized• Ability to work well in teams and adapt to changing situations• Fluent in Spanish, with knowledge of other languages preferred• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles• Experience in managing large online and offline accounts• Knowledge of quotation structure, margins, and profitability• Experience in forecasts and goal-oriented management• Strong customer orientation and teamwork• Knowledge of EDI and logistic systems of different retailers• Proficient in office tools (ERP, Outlook, Office, databases, etc.)
