Inside Sales Specialist

Role Purpose :To develop new business for LRQA in Spain and Portugal and grow existing customer accounts in the Iberia Region.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of an array of existing accounts and expansion of the client base Generate sales as a result to achieve sustainable revenue growth.Interface with Operations and Service Delivery Support teams to retain current client base, to sustain current relationships and improve share of wallet / profitability of existing client portfolio.Identify growth opportunities to futureproof LRQA.Implement strategies to effectively manage the relationship so we can cross- sell our full range of professional services with viable solutions to meet their needs.The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following: Agile and open to change mindset is essential.Strong organizational skills to work under minimum supervision is key.Team work skills able to influence stakeholders to get the job done.Experience in technical/engineering' products and services will be advantageous Negotiation and influencing skills Ability to build strong working relationships Enjoy working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
