We are looking for a learning professional with interest in learning experience design and content development, who will partner with Senior and Tech Instructional Designers to support the process of creating and improving digital learning products for our customers.Key job responsibilitiesAssist Senior and Tech Instructional Designers with the analysis of the audience, environment, technologies, content, and operational constraints by contributing to the baselining of process paths and instructional design analysis for training products.Use authoring tools to support the creation of learning experiences tailored for multiple devices, considering accessibility & DEI standards, as well as localization and deployment requirements.Design and develop job aids, guides, and templates to support content creation across EUCF network.Partner with Project Managers, Instructional / Media Designers on change management initiatives to maintain and update existing training materials based on user feedback and evolving business needs, ensuring all training content remains current and effective.Engage with EU L&D Communities of Practice and SMEs to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.Conduct comprehensive testing of e-learning modules and training interventions directly on multiple devices and on learners' environment, ensuring all content is functional, accessible, and effectively meets quality expectations.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Barcelona, B, ESP* Degree/Certification and/or professional experience in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, UX/UI Design, or a related field.Understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technology platforms.Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) principles in educational content and interface design.Experience working effectively with diverse teams across different geographical locations.Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas and explain difficult concepts and processes clearly and effectively.Advanced written and verbal English.* Understanding of / Experience with operational processes in a large-scale environment, such as logistics, fulfillment centers, or supply chain operations.Experience using UX/UI prototyping tools, such as Figma, or Adobe XD
