Building on our capabilities and data insight, the Business Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance data driven decision making, performance optimization and contributing to the strategy development of Nordic Insurance in Santander.
Being part of a small, but highly functional Insurance team, the Insurance Business Analyst will spearhead the data driven culture within the Insurance business, linking business requirements to data, and take responsibility ensuring order and efficiency in the collaboration with various stakeholders.

Take ownership of coordination of Budgeting in collaboration with financial control, data management and relevant commercial stakeholders.Translate data into business enhancements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Collaborate intensively with the markets to understand business needs.Provide insight and support for existing data and solutions within the Insurance areaDrive and develop data insight and utilisation Proto-typing of new data & analytics solutionsCreation of reports and dashboards (Data Visualization)Skills required this role You have strong experience within data management, business intelligence or analytics in one or more business areas, preferably within Insurance or Finance.
Your education is a higher degree of Economics, Insurance, Business or similar (may be substituted by relevant experience), and your skillset includes being_:_
Commercial mindset and good communication skills
Engaged, proactive, self-driven and service orientated
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great team player with a positive attitude
Organized, structured, result orientated
Occasional travel for relevant team and business meetings is expected.
