Integrated Services Order Processor

Key Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for managing the orders receivedCoordinates the provisioning of the orders until delivery and completionHandles the administration of the order policy and procedureManages the orders received from SalesValidates all order management documentationCoordinates the placing of the order for provisioningEnsures the project team delivers the order and the completion report is generated for completion handoverPrepares and confirms all invoice data in systems, and activates billing based on workflowEnsures the completed order is handed over to relevant billing team for invoicingSupports any inquiry from Sales / other teams regarding existing customer contract informationCoaches and mentors junior resources within the teamKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to thedevelopment of concepts and techniquesCompletes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order documentationExcellent communication skills to interact with clients, sales teams, and other cross functional teamsFamiliarity with order management systems, CRM software, and relevant toolsProblem-solving abilities to address challenges and resolve issues effectivelyAbility to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceStrong organisational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneouslyBasic understanding of integrated IT services, solutions, and productsAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:High school diploma with relevant vocational trainingRequired Experience:Demonstrated experience in order processing, customer service, or related role, preferably gained within a global IT services organisationSkills SummaryCommunication, Customer Centric Solutions, Integrated Design, Order ManagementWhat will make you a good fit for the role?Workplace type: Hybrid WorkingEqual Opportunity EmployerNTT is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
