Create job descriptions, Create job clusters and family groups and finalize job title alignment.Serving as a Center of Excellence: Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you'll ensure alignment and consistency in career paths, competencies, and roles within the Ravago ecosystem.This role is a key contributor to our People & Culture team, reporting to the US People & Culture Leader.
