Your Role: As an International Product Manager at SD Worx Academy, your role will be instrumental in strengthening our position in the European training market. Responsibilities include: L&D Product Strategy: Developing strategies for growth in local training businesses across Europe, monitoring budgets and product P&L, and identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Product Marketing: Monitoring competition, anticipating market demands, and ensuring training offerings align with market needs through effective communication and pre-sales activities. Product Life Cycle Management: Generating and selecting new portfolio ideas, developing or reforming courses, and ensuring European harmonization in product offerings and delivery. Your Profile: We are seeking candidates with: A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in product management. An entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in an international environment, with knowledge of e-commerce or digital channels being a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. Affinity with Learning & Development environments and technologies.
