Job Description:Details of the role and how it fits into the teamThe position is 50% distributed between (i) coordination of the Whistleblowing Channel in Spain and Corporate Defence Programme and (ii) certain tasks linked to management of external fraud cases affecting the entity and their clients.Key responsabilities Reporting to the Responsible of the Whistleblowing Channel in Spain, managing the end-to-end process of cases raised through the different Raising Concerns sources (platform/email/meetings): analysis of allegations, pre-assessment, assignation to the relevant Investigation team, escalation to WBCF, follow up, analysis of closure proposal and anti-retaliation process.Coordinating the Corporate Defence Programme within DB Spain and Anti-Fraud working group.Collaborating in the local AFC processes linked to external fraud cases: reporting to Bank of Spain, presenting criminal claims to the Police, registering all relevant cases for further analysis/investigation.Your skills and experiencesVery good knowledge and experience in managing massive routine tasks.Discipline in registering cases/timelines.Experience writing legal documents.Good command of written and oral English.
