Investor Services Associate

As aClient Relations Associate, you will play a vital role in managing their clients' accounts and contributing to the company's growth. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to join their team. This role is ideal for junior candidates with prior experience in investor services or client relations who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Contract:Permanent Location:Valencia, Spain Salary: €22,000 - €28,000 depending on experience Work Model:Hybrid (2 days WFH) Visa Sponsorship: Not provided Responsibilities: Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents in accordance with fund offering documents and regulatory requirements. Conduct ongoing due diligence on investors and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations. Communicate effectively with investment managers, investors, and external parties. Process closings for private equity funds and ensure timely distribution of relevant documents. Obtain valid tax reporting forms from investors for FATCA/CRS services. Prepare and review FATCA/CRS reporting and file with relevant authorities. Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from clients. Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager. Desired Qualifications: Prior experience in investor services or client relations in hedge funds/private equity funds/other investment funds services. Knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS regulations.
