.#Hybrid - BarcelonaWe are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics in Barcelona. This is an amazing opportunity to work in analytics for Intellectual Property products. The team consists of 5 colleagues and is reporting to the Product Operations Manager.This role will support the major outcomes in the Intellectual Property organization. This role is progressing the organization towards having strong product analytics that can support product development. You will work within Product Operations team and be working with product managers, and across functions, including marketing, sales, sales support functions, user analytics, customer engagement, UX and customer delight.On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with the Product Managers to deliver ongoing value-added product enhancements, achieved by measuring and analyzing usage metrics in the products. All aspects of the product will be reviewed from new functionality, onboarding, and evaluation of existing user patterns to audit the usability and usefulness.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsAt least 3 years' experience working in product management, operations, or technologyStrong initiative, analyticalProven ability to drive results in a global and matrix teamSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesBachelor's degreeIt would be great if you also had. . .Experience working with Pendo, Mixpanel, Tableau, or PowerBIMasters or PhDWhat will you be doing in this role?Analysis and sharing results with product ops team, senior management, the functions to work on plans to adjust and enhance the product.Reporting metrics will help improve the retention rate of products and retention will be an important focus in this role. This roll will also be working with usage analytics to identify those accounts at risk, work with training, product managers, customer engagement to safeguard usage increases in existing accounts.Working with the marketing team to evaluate what can be done to ensure we are maximizing opportunities for sales.Project management of Pendo items in the products e.G., training walkthroughs, release notes, help files etc.Analyze feedback and ensure product management at all levels are aware of the issues and requestsProduct you will be developingYou will be working with product and cross-functional teams to support the Patents space within Clarivate' s Intellectual Property segment.About the TeamThis is a new and growing team that is within Product Operations and Delivery in Clarivate's Intellectual Property Technology organization.
