.The roleof the IT Architect - CRM is pivotal in ensuring alignment between the CRM solution and business needs. This role encompasses establishing and executing a roadmap for the CRM product to meet the evolving requirements of the business.In return Dormer Pramet offers an opportunity for you to grow and develop your skills and knowledge with one of the world's leading engineering groups.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAct as system owner of CRM to ensure the system's high availability and efficiency.Understand the business requirements and provide proposal of solution with relative stakeholders including design and estimate of time, cost and resource.Communicate and align with other architects to ensure the solutions comply with the higher-level architecture design.Maintain and monitor the system to ensure it runs properly as designed.Improve the solution based on the enhancement requirements and analysis of performance.Work with product owner on the alignment of priority and plan of requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders on vendor management including evaluation of proposal, quotation and estimate.Drive the implementation of projects and changes of CRM area.Act as IT project manager for the implementation of CRM related solutions as needed.Collaborate with stakeholders on system integration.Manage the service performance and improve the functionalities of CRM system.Ensure the service level agreement is in place for CRM and is fulfilled.Deliver service report of CRM and improve the quality of the services.Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end business operational process and service delivery process.Manage the budget and cost of related delivery and support with stakeholders.Maintain the documents of solution design and knowledge of designated areas.Communicate with stakeholders with system performance.PROFILEA degree in a relevant field and previous experience as anITArchitectwould be an advantage.Strong business acumen and customer centric.5+ Years of experience of CRM solution.Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is necessary.Demonstrable experience of Dynamics CRM implementation and maintenance.Solid knowledge of business process and technology in CRM area.Agile ways of working with experience of agile methodology.Fluent in English.ABOUT USDormer Pramet is a global manufacturer and supplier of tools for the metal cutting industry, and we have a truly international presence with four production units and sales offices in 20 countries.Our skills and products solve engineering challenges across many industry sectors including maintenance, repair, and overhaul, as well as general machining through to heavy machining, railway, and airframe assembly.Customer Focus, Innovation, Fair Play, and Passion to Win are our values that build the foundation of our brand and company.HOW TO APPLYPlease submit all applications in EngInterested in the challenge?
