We are looking for an IT Demand Manager to lead our IT Applications Team. Preferably a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant (Finance). Navision 2018 is our global ERP system used in eight countries.
You would:
Lead a team of Business Analysts and align with external partners that provide outsourced servicesBe an advisor to our Business for all template applicationsEnsure stable and reliable operations to the BusinessBe responsible for application management and support for all template applicationsOptimize IT service processes, establish guidelines and define sourcing strategiesPlan, initialize and run enhancements and roll-out projects to further harmonize the application landscapeYou continuously improve the service quality, planning and monitoring the required service levels and budgetsYou have an University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent degreeYou have experience in leading teamsYou bring at least three to four years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central preferably in the area of FinanceYou are able to develop in-depth process and business knowledge in a short period of timeYou have strong analytical skillsYou have excellent communication skillsYou speak Fluent English; other languages would be beneficialYou are a Team playerYou have willingness to travelYou have experience working in multicultural environmentsWhat would make you stand out among other candidates?
Experience in other areas such a Sales, Marketing or Service is highly valuedExperience in Business Central implementation ProjectsExperience with integrations between Dynamics/Business Central and other applicationsKnowledge of ITIL/ITSM processesCertifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central would be advantageousMost importantly, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable to change and with a positive attitude to help us become the best Partner to our Business.
