Our traditional brand, Billiger-mietwagen.de, is the Nº1 car rental comparison platform in Germany and Austria and together with our French version CARIGAMI, our new international brand FLOYT and the coolest campervan comparison platform, CamperDays!, we are growing so fast!We are looking for an enthusiastic **IT Desktop Support Administrator **in the Alicante area that wants to join us on this trip, helping us to excel in our user administration, problem troubleshooting and IT setup of the resources.**IT Desktop Support Administrator**:***:**DAY-TO-DAY TASKS**:- **Direct user support for Alicante and Cologne offices** using Jira ticketing system and message communication- **Leadership in specific projects to improve** **user maintenance** **and** **team's tools** - Research solutions, configuration, and implementation.- **Configuration and shipment of IT equipment** for new onboardings and existing employees.- **Problem troubleshooting of IT equipment** (remotely and on-site at the office)- **IT inventory management **of the Spanish subsidiary office (Alicante).- **Setup of IT equipment for presentations** (audiovisual) during special company events- **Active collaboration **with Management, Human Resources and Office Management in resources needs.- **Documentation** of processes and troubleshooting using Confluence as the primary tool.**YOU WILL BE OUR** SUPERHERO** IF YOU HAVE**:- At least two years of previous experience in a related role using Active Directory, Okta and Google Workspace,- Good knowledge of network protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP- A 'Team player' attitude is a must for us!
