Your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of analytical re-ports to the PMS Manager, supporting the improvement projects, and assisting in the creation of monitoring dashboards.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of requested analytic reports to the PMS Manager.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in post-market data.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for continuous surveillance of device performance.
Communication and Escalation:
• Timely escalate significant signals and findings from trends to the PMS Manager and Product Safety Officer (PSO).
• Present findings and insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Project Support:
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of surveillance systems and pro-cesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvement projects.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and find-ings.
• Support regulatory submissions by providing the requested PMS data analysis
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare or medical device in-dustry.
• Great attention to detail and focus on precise work
• Quality and compliance mindset
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, R, Python) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
