Join us in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your IT expertise will be valued, and where professional growth is not just encouraged, but expected.About the job As a Business Consultant Team Lead you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in Dynamics AX2012R3 support, leading a talented group of consultants, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT processes.What are you going to do as a Business Consultant Team Lead: Provide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX2012R3 from all international NRF units.Manage a team of 5 consultants.Collaborate with contractors.Oversee the management of full IT processes.Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.Maintain documentation of changes made to the setup.What do you bring as a Business Consultant Team Lead: Practical advanced knowledge of one module in AX2012R3; knowledge and maintenance of other modules will be an asset.2+ years of experience as a team leader.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Open to working 3 days from the office.About the job As a Business Consultant Team Lead, you will manage a team of 5 consultants, who are integral members of a larger group consisting of over 20 professionals based in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands.
