Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Product Manager to guide the growth and expansion of our Customer Identity and Access Management (cIAM) platform.cIAM provides a common global digital identity for all external users and enables a consistent registration user experience for all Schneider Electric digital products.Key responsibilities include : Portfolio Management Creation, validation, maintenance, and publication of the cIAM platform's roadmap.Consolidation and interpretation of requirements from business owners and application development teams into features that the technical teams can develop.Definition of the business value and priorities for new features and capabilities to expand the platform and provide new services to our stakeholders.Strategy and Business Growth Drive the alignment of the platform's development roadmap to the technology and business strategies of the organization.Define, maintain, and communicate the cIAM platform's overall value proposition. Contribute to the definition of the technology strategy for the organization.Engagement Leadership Act as a primary point of contact for SE organizations looking to interact with cIAM. Manage the communication flow to all stakeholders and the cIAM Community to deliver platform updates and relevant information.Provide guidance to SE organizations on the proper implementation of secure identity technology. Team leadership Operating within the context of the SAFe Agile environment, provide guidance and support to Agile Product Owners, technical leaders and development teams.Align the development planning cycle to the strategic roadmap, to ensure timely release of new features. Thought leadership Represent the cIAM platform globally within Schneider Electric.Contribute towards the establishment of the cIAM organization as the experts in Identity and Access Management topics. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Management Information Systems or equivalent At least 5 years of work experience as Product Manager for a large-scale technology product or platform.Experience in software development, SaaS offers and data security. Focus on Identity and Access Management would be a clear advantage.Familiarity with Agile planning tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Solid communication skills and ability to communicate technical material to non-technical audiences.Experience working in a collaborative, multi-cultural environment and with teams located overseas.
