About the job:The Time And Attendance team of Schneider Electric is part of the HR Systems and Employee Experience division. This department responsible for the following streams and solutions:Stream 1: Kronos Dimensions Stream 2: Oracle Fusion HCM OTL and Absence As an Kronos Architect, you will be responsible for the ongoing Implementation and stability of the Time & Attendance applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, security and integrity of handled data, and integration with client applications and systems. You will be functionally reporting to the Senior General Manager. Key responsibilities of the role:Your key duties include:Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand priorities and key features of the Product Increment (PI)Collaboration With Other Product OwnersPrioritize user stories to drive the programUtilize product and domain knowledge to guide enhancements, maintenance, and efficiency improvementsProvide valuable insights to inform product decisionsEnsure the technical integrity of the solution being developedConduct impact analysis to optimize product delivery and consider industry trendsContribute to the development of the product vision, roadmap, and ROIEnsure that the team's backlog aligns with the roadmapUnderstanding of GDPR principlesproduct vision and works closely with the Business Owner, Product Manager and Scrum Master to ensure the team delivers value to the business Key skills and requirements:Required:Minimum of 8 to 10 years of Kronos Dimensions and Dell Boomi experience as a Product OwnerProficiency in Kronos Workforce Dimension configurations 5+ years of Boomi and Integrations development experience Deep understanding of Dell Boomi architecture Strong background in workforce management (required)Must be UKG Integrations Developer and Kronos Dimensions certified Excellent oral and communication skills Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, VisioFluency in EnglishPreferred:High level of attention to detailFluency in Spanish is a plusStrong time management skillsQualifications:Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or ITJob location: Spain, Europe Why us?Schneider Electric is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation.
