As the IT Services Purchasing Lead, you'll redefine global category practices for IT Services, focusing on Delivery Based Services, Outsourcing, and Fix Price Projects. Maximize cost savings and procurement value by crafting and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives. Your role is pivotal in defining global category strategies, collaborating with regional Lead Buyers across APAC and NORAM LATAM. In this role you'll1. Execute Global CategoriesTake charge of sourcing projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless implementation while driving compliance.2. Define Procurement StrategyDevelop and implement procurement strategies for global categories, analyzing spend baselines, assessing risks, and contributing to strategic planning.3. Manage Vendor RelationshipsClassify vendors, establish governance, and implement a Vendor Management model for strategic IT Services vendors. Track performance and identify improvement opportunities.4. Build Internal Customer RelationshipsDevelop strong connections with stakeholders in the IT Services area, proactively identifying cost reduction opportunities, and enhancing procurement's profile within the organization.5. Lead Category Buyers TeamManage and coordinate the team's activities, ensuring engagement, effective communication, and fostering professional development.
