Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create AlertAgfa Healthcare is currently looking for an IT System Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support, and also some specific developments focused on Imaging healthcare (systems integration). As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service.As IT System Engineer you are responsible for:· To fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)· Together with the project manager, evaluates the possible solutions during the implementation phase to meet the timing of the project itself· To identify and communicate risks analysis and problems· To cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis· To take care of the correct forwarding of the docs to all people involved, especially the specific features of the implemented projectFocused on development activities, you are responsible for:· To understand customer and workflow needs· To be able to develop small solutions on HL7 integration domain, and DICOM image management· To cooperate with development team, understanding previous solutions and collaborating with new ones.What you bring to the table :· Degree in IT or Formacion profesional· At least 2 years of professional experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflow· Oracle DBA or expert in Oracle database could be a plus.· Good knowledge of IT network and domain.· Experience with Windows Server, Oracle (database), Linux / Unix , SQL , Scripting, DNS server.· Solid communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers· Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus· Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills· Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verballyLocation : Madrid region, SpainJob Segment: Systems Engineer, System Administrator, Database, Oracle, SQL, Engineering, Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
