We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.****What your responsibilities will be**- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT Quality Applications team is meeting the needs of the business, being aligned with Business Units goals.- Align the team results to the strategic objectives.- Managing the budget for the IT Quality Applications team- Lead the IT Quality Applications projects pipeline.- Ensure that resources are used effectively, and mentoring and developing team members to ensure that they are reaching their full potential.- Be the main direct responsible and tram representative of the IT Quality Applications- Work and define the roadmap for continuous product enhancement and product innovation inside IT Quality Applications**Who you are**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
