Your missionManage the day-to-day operations, lead the JACIE team, and work with the external stakeholders to ensure that the accreditation process meets their needs.
Responsibilities and TasksTo supervise the day-to-day activities of the Accreditation Programme.To Support the Medical Officer in the management of inspection reports.To ensure that the HR policies are followed and that all staff have an annual appraisal and training & development plan agreed. Recruitment and induction of new staff.To ensure that JACIE meets all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).To support the educational activities of JACIE either as a trainer, presenter, or organiser.Ensure that all staff are working within the quality management system and monitor the adherence to processes, by carrying out audits when required.To develop business and quality assurance plans as well as the infrastructure for the unit.Identify and resolve operational and strategic issues liaising with the key stakeholders.Oversee the allocation of resources and lead process improvement. Together with the Director, A&QoC, manage the unit's financial processes including developing, monitoring and analysing budget for the unit.
