JOB PROFILE The Digital Demand Management team is responsible for helping the Digital Hubs reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message to turn prospects into customers who will benefit from high lifetime value from SAP. As a Digital Demand Management (Senior) Specialist, you will collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver data-driven demand generation within the Digital Hub. By driving the end-to-end demand chain, you will be helping to grow Line of Business footprint for Net New Names and Installed Base accounts across all Solution Areas, working with respective Partners &/or Account Executives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS The Digital Demand Management (Senior) Specialist effectively executes new opportunities for growth within a target market with high quality pipeline detected by all sources of demand: Sales, Sales Development, Marketing & Partners. This role will have 3 key areas of responsibility: Area 1: Identification and advisory of new growth levers and value delivery opportunities. Development of customized business development offerings. Implementation of data-driven end-to-end demand discovery, planning, execution and steering process in alignment with all stakeholders. Execution on new initiatives that drive growth and new sources of demand. Area 2: Responsibility for the day-to-day execution of the approved plans, coordinating the transformation program work streams including: solution and strategic industry growth plans, field services & ecosystem development plans, top accounts program, product localization, among others. Area 3: Management of several campaigns in parallel, leveraging data insights to steer and continuously improve digital demand execution. To execute these responsibilities, it will be important to: Establish the key reasons for customers and prospects to leverage SAP's technology to achieve strategic business objectives. Identify, foster and consolidate opportunities and campaigns across different teams and target markets. Leverage data and digital modalities to combine people and technology for best outcomes. Ensure that demand generation processes are in place and that business development best practices are followed.
