Jr Business Analyst (Software)

Spec/Qualifications:· Over 3 years of experience in a data creation/transformation role· Experience with the Automotive data and content· At least basic experience with ETL tools· Proven ability in quality checking and experience in implementing quality assurance procedures and tools· Extremely meticulous in approach to work with outstanding attention to detail· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver trainingSoft skills: Self motivation, able to work at home, team work, work cross team, willingness to keep learning.Must: 2 years experience in Business Analysis for Software projectsDesirable: ETL tools, English knowledgeResponsibilities:· Perform quality inspection of completed data files ensuring quality deliverables, raising data quality and performance levels in our data development teams, supporting the development of quality assurance standards where required· Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels and KPIs· Identify training needs and support creation of required training/process documentation· Provide training and support to data development teams on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes· Supporting continuous improvement of tooling and processes with quality and error reduction in mind.· Work with data development managers to investigate customer data complaints or reported quality issues#J-18808-Ljbffr
