If you are open to new challenges this is your opportunity, join NTT DATA!We are currently looking for a Junior Contract Management Officer to join our International Organisations team in Mallorca.The roleInternational Organisations Framework Contract Management and Work ordering: collect, record and process work ordering requests ensuring deadlines, reporting and quality.Daily contact with consultants, customers and partners on contractual and delivery related topicsAdministrative tasks: archiving, filing, document edition, quality review, etc.Act as Point of Contact within the company for framework contract management related topics in the assigned clients.Additional tasksDaily contact with consultants, customers and partnersFramework Contract management (reporting, deadlines, quality review, etc.)Work ordering:Collect and record work ordering requests coming from different customers in International Organizations or European InstitutionsCommunication with stakeholders (Internal and External)Collect proposals, quality review, submission of offers to customersGenerate formal / economic offersProcess, collect and record specific contractsFillingCollect, record and process contractual and performance information/documentation:Documentation auditCentral contact pointPerformance controlling and follow-upInvoicing:Follow up fulfilment of invoicing terms for all ContractsProvide justifications and cover documentation related to invoicesAccess managementSupport on meetings: scheduling, taking minutes, etc.Other administrative tasks: archiving, filing, document edition, etc.RequirementsHigher studies : Business Administration, controlling, law, communication+1 year of experience in administrative tasks, procurement and/or interaction with Customers / SuppliersExperience in International/European environmentGood command on Office tools (especially Excel, Word).
