Conduct targeted searches for potential candidates on LinkedIn ????Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles ????Screen and qualify candidates through phone screens and initial interviews ????Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles ????Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the ATS ????Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through ongoing communication and engagement ????Assist with various recruiting projects and initiatives as needed ???????? Requirements:
