Currently, the team is made up of 80 people of different nationalities.- Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationship with existing customers.- Problem solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone.- Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client.- Retain and engage existing English speaker clients (companies under 39 seats).
