Your missionYou are Cremanski´s face to Managed Service clients.You are consulting clients with their Salesforce setup in an ongoing business relationship.You are leveraging the Cremanski knowledge base as well as Salesforce best practices to provide solutions to your clients.You are coordinating with Cremanski's developers and defining development tasks to satisfy business requirements.Time frame:
1st year: Build up robust processes within the department and handovers between MS and Implementation. Set up a strong core team and ensure a high client satisfaction.2nd year: Further scale the team and improve the efficiency. Your profileYou have at least 2-3 years of experience in the Salesforce environment.You have Salesforce admin experience and first certificates ideally in Sales & Service Cloud.You have first experience in providing customer support and the relevant processes and structures.You enjoy working with people, running workshops and providing advice and best practices to clients.You are a self-starter who learns quickly and is able to come up with solutions and problem solving approaches proactively.You are a strong communicator in German and English (C1).You look forward to working with an international team.
