We are looking for a Junior Digital Operations Analyst (Undergraduate Placement) reporting directly to Customer Success Manager.
This is a regional role, based in Warwick. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to grow your business skills by working in a dynamic Sales & Operations team within a global organisation.
Please note we can only accept applications from undergraduates who are looking for a Sandwich Year Placement.
Responsibilities :
Oversee a project to Implement a paperless process for a key business segment
Collaborate with the Sales Team to build an automated suite of reports for external use, linked to CRM development.
Standardise and automate a KPI reporting process for use by the operations team to manage external service providers.
Work within the back office team to support a structured approach to continuous improvement in existing systems and procedures.
Complete full analysis on purchasing trends of service providers.
Travel to meet with customers on multiple levels to understand requirements from Bridgestone and how we can improve our service delivery.
Requirements :
Desired degree in Business Studies or Finance. Numerical skills with a determination for accuracy;Analytical skills to interrogate data and identify patterns and trends;Ability to present in depth data findings to various audiences drawing out key information
IT skills experience with Microsoft 365 products, primarily Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint and ability to learn new systems.
