The Role:
Reporting with the managing director/a will learn all about how a media buying agency works with the chance to growth with us in the next future.
This progressive role would suit a candidate with a business/marketing qualification (or similar), with an organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
Candidate must be proficient in office applications and computer equipment as required.
Job Description:
Administrative tasks such as maintaining (data) files and processing paperwork.
Other duties reasonably associated with this role as identified by the Managing
Director/a.
Undertake training as required by management to ensure quality of service.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or a media-related field.
Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
High familiarity working with numbers.
Ability to perform creative problem solving.
Languages
For the positions opened, you'll need to be fluent in:
Spanish.
English.
Portuguese is positively valued.
