We're looking for an Junior Operations Manager(m/f/d) to join our team in Madrid! How you'll be hosting with heart: You will be responsible for our properties in a specific Spanish regionand make sure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers, and visiting the properties also when needed. You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones. You make sure the high-quality standards of our limehomes in all of our suite locations are met and you will even be visiting our beautiful properties on-site. You are linking our team & our partners and establishing a strong relationship with our suppliers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance…) to ensure smooth operations for all limehomes. You work closely with our Operations Manager and all relevant stakeholders to improve our operations at limehome. What you need to shoot for the stars: You have a Bachelor's degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields and would be available for a full-time position with us in Madrid. You have good Microsoft Excel skills as well as very high Spanish and English skills, Portuguese is a plus. You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and are a team player. You take ownership, love to tackle challenges and issues and keep cool in stressful situations. You structure your work individually and love to use your analytical capabilities.
