Primary responsibilities include application support, process analysis and the design of technical solutions in a business critical application of a global enterprise.
Your role As a Junior SAP Application Subject Matter Expert, your main responsibilities are :
Application support in test and production environments for 12 customer countriesApplication problem ticket handlingSAP FS-CD technical solution design and implementationInteraction with application users to establish and confirm requirementsReview and validation of detailed technical designs provided by co-workers or suppliers to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical architectureEstimation of effort / cost for new application functionalityQuality review of project deliverablesUser guidance and trainingYour Skills and Experience To become a SAP Application Subject Matter Expert, your skills and qualifications should include :
English is a must; German, Spanish or other European languages would be beneficialA degree in IT or equivalentA minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in ITWillingness to learn and readiness to become skilled in SAP FS-CD customizing and developmentCustomer service focus and an interest in understanding customer processesPrior knowledge of SAP technology including ABAP development, ideally with SAP financial modules, would be a clear bonusWhat we offer?
